Delete your Mia account
In the app (fastest)
- Open Mia and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again with Google or Apple.
Without the app
Email taramus23@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Mia account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile and health details, allergens, scan history, Mia AI chats, medical documents and lab results, subscription records and support requests.
What is kept
- Sign-in provider identifiers of the deleted account, for 12 months, only to prevent repeated free-scan sign-ups.
- Payment records held by Google Play / Apple under their own policies.
Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions or iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
